Rosa joined Encore Wealth Management in 2012 as Director of Operation. Rosa has been in the securities industry for over 17 years. She helps the team in all aspects of operations and office administration. She oversees the smooth management of client transactions, cashiering, account maintenance, compliance, and makes sure that clients are cared for and appreciated. Rosa holds her insurance license and serves as a notary public.
Rosa and her family have lived in Sonoma County for generations, and are actively involved in community events and environmental causes.
